Evacuation part two

It is all done.

The same doctor did the second evacuation as the first and she was so apologetic about not getting everything out first time I think I can be pretty confident she rectified that this time.

The pain isn't so bad and the bleeding very light.

So that is it, officially unpregnant again.

Meh.

  1. Poor Liz, what a shite year so far. However, I still hold so much hope for you and for this dream to come true.

  2. It's shit. Really it is. Typical for you to get the same DR though. Sometimes the NHS pulls some corkers eh?!

  5. I'm so so sorry to hear all that you've been through and so sorry that I'm behind on your news after a little break. My heart goes out to you... it must have been unbearable to drag on so long. Thinking of you xoxo

  6. You are quite the overachiever, aren't you? Or that was one stubborn embryo...

Sorry you had to do that again. Let's make that the last time ever, OK?

  7. Shake your fist skywards and complain that you've had your fill of the shite luck land on you. I reckon you are due for a change. Statistically 1-7 pregnancies end in miscarriage (you just had yours first). The odds are on that the other three frozen embryos will turn out to be proper full-term pregnancies. Ever the optimist me :-)

  13. Just found your blog a few days ago when googling intralipids and ivf, which is my latest hope for miracle. It pains me to read about everything you have had to go through but I absolutely love the way you write about it. Brilliant blog, thank you for sharing.

I had an evacuation in October and today I am at home resting after my third egg collection, so can totally relate.

Wishing you all the best for the future. Will pop in and read again soon.

I've resisted word verification for ages but I'm getting so many spam comments at the moment that I think it is time. Sorry!
