I feel for you having to drive through London, let alone with your 4 legged friend in the back. Saw the headline of a tabloid today and thought of you. You can't get quicker than a QuickFit fitter lol.
ReplyDeleteGood to read a fellow Brit blogging.

Male factor infertility & 2 miscarriages
Thanks Carolyne, he was very quick!
ReplyDeleteHello Chelsea, two miscarriges, ouch. I think that puts lie to the phrase "it is better to have loved and lost". Thanks for your comment, will check out your blog.
Hi - just read your blog, I love it & your humourous attitude, I found it very informative & also comforting. I had a hysteroscopy last week to remove a troublesome polyp but once the camera crew were up there it couldn't be done as it showed I had endometrial hyperplasia, am waiting for a call from the docs to see what the next step is.
ReplyDeleteI've been doing some online research & freaking out at what I found until I found your blog - thank you. It's so nice to read something so human.
Troublesomeladygarden, it is comments like yours that properly, genuinely, warm the cockles of my heart – not just because I sniggered at your name, or because you were so flattering about the blog – but because a major reason for writing this is because if anything I am going through helps out people in a similar situation well, it is all good. I’m sure you found these posts but the most relevant for your situation is the one from 15 Jan and 2 Feb (09). I presume you don’t have a blog (as you haven’t linked) but please keep commenting so I can see how you are getting along. And best of luck!
ReplyDeleteI left a comment on another part of your site already, but I've been reading more since then, and I am in awe of your writing! Have added you to the links on my own (just getting started) blog. You have inspired me! http://diaryofamiracle.wordpress.com
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! I especially like the recent The Change I Need entry. Sometimes it feels like humor is the best way to deal with TTC.
ReplyDeleteHi! Just started following your blog. TTCing myself. Good luck!

When you have a minute, feel free to move me back to the TTC category. Not exactly the direction I wanted to move on your list... but that's life.
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog and love it :) Feel free to add me to the TTC category.

Your blog is amazing. Keep up the good work. I also write a blog. I have PCOS, one child, and we're trying to make another.

just your typical pair of lesbians trying to knock ourselves up with donor sperm...except it turns out that i'm also a typical example of how all the women in my family are riddled with endometriosis. so it's getting a bit complicated.

I love your blog! I don't even remember how I found it! When we started IF testing, I started reading various blogs and branching out based on other people's blog lists... at some point I found you! Your humor has brightened my day many times. Your blog (along with a few others) inspired me to start my own. So glad I did... so nice to "vent" with humor and share our journey. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi I love your blog and how expressive you are. It inspires me to be who I am and to continue to fight this battle knowing that we will win. Don't lose hope dear we are all here to support you. Sorry, it seems that I can't fine the post were I can follow you?Could you please help me and if its ok to follow your blog. Thanks
ReplyDeletei'm thankful to have found your blog. I love that it's not all puppy dogs and butterflies about TTC. What you write is real and honest. Thank you for your comment on my blog also!!
ReplyDeleteI'm embarrassed to say that I have kids. Random and unplanned in a carelessly over-fertile way without really considering if I wanted to have them or not.
ReplyDeleteI probably sound like the kind of mother who doesn't appreciate her good fortune but I do - even when the little darlings are tearing the house and each other apart! I would have offered my womb4hire but now early menopause has left me with a 'Vegan breakfast'.
Hi Jessica, nothing to be embarrassed about there. If I could get pregnant easily I would have been pregnant well before the husband was ready. And would no doubt have been casting envious side-ways glances at my unencumbered friends. Good use of the new terminology there!
ReplyDeleteFabulous blog, congrats.
ReplyDeleteCan you add mine too? It's about my journey with Asherman's Syndrome and infertility. Thanks x

I found your blog while looking for blogs about infertility. I have PCOS, am infertile, I'm fat, have sleep apnea, depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, and I am a new blogger. My blog isn't about all of my ailments really. It is just about my life in general, and sometimes I do add a bit of gripes and complaints about having to deal with them. I love your blog and your sense of humor!
ReplyDeletehttp://www.notsofamousaimous.blogspot.com
Well! Thank you for adding me to your blog list! :)
ReplyDeleteSadly I found you for very sad reasons... the whole business with BMB. Grrr.
ReplyDeleteBut glad I found you :-)
I think of you on your journey to becoming a mother.. so am keeping fingers crossed and everything for the IVF to be a one hit wonder! (or a 10 hit wonder, but a success never the less).
Maggy x
Just found your blog while hopping around other infertility blogs. We've been trying since Spring 2006 and I would love to be added to your list

Glad to have found you. I haven't been much of a laugh factory lately, but your humor is much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteI have PCOS and am at the IUI stage myself. I wish you all the luck in this IVF journey and look forward to reading more.
